Maria’s 360 approach to oral health is all about balance. This is where yoga comes in…

Yoga is a key element to her passionate approach for overall health and wellbeing. Maria believes yoga is an incredible tool for building physical strength and flexibility as well as finding emotional balance and mental clarity. It helps to focus on the power of the breath, calm the mind and energise the body. Yoga offers mindfulness, improves posture and is an amazing avenue to manage stress, benefitting not only oral health but reaps rewards for a healthier, happier you.

Classes

Maria is a fully qualified yoga and aerial yoga instructor, teaching different styles including yin yang, power yoga and a flying practice from her aerial hammocks.

Her yoga classes take place weekly in her studio, at Barwhillanty Estate.

Current Class Schedule

Mondays 7:30 – 8:15pm – Aerial Yoga
Thursdays 7:30 – 8:15pm – Yin Yang Flow

Wellness in the Workplace

Maria and the team at Barwhillanty Estate curate retreat experiences and corporate away days, encompassing yoga, wellness and reconnection with nature, offering a fresh perspective and renewed wellness to the workplace. She works with businesses who are looking to support their teams, bringing them a welcome break from the desk, an opportunity for connection and invigoration in stunning surroundings.
