Yoga and Wellbeing
Yoga sessions are taught by Maria, aiming to incorporate varying levels and offering a variety of styles, from yin yang flow to her flying aerial practice.
All food is home made with healthy, deliciousness at the heart. Eating sustainably, she aims to indulge in plenty of their estate’s own and local produce, as well as firing up their pizza oven in the Walled Garden!
