INGREDIENTS
1 x kohlrabi
1 x large carrot, grated
2 x spring onions, chopped
Chunk of fresh ginger, grated
1 x lemon
Extra Virgin Olive oil
Sea Salt
METHOD
1️⃣ Chop the kohlrabi into thin strips and mix in the carrot, spring onions and ginger.
2️⃣ Grate in the zest and squeeze in the juice of the lemon.
3️⃣ Add a glug of olive oil and a pinch of salt. ENJOY!
