Mouth-loving Tzatziki


  • Half a cucumber
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Half a lemon
  • Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp kefir
  • 500g Live Greek yoghurt
  1. Divide the cucumber in half, remove seeds with a spoon and grate.
  2. Remove excess water by pressing grated cucumber between sheets of kitchen roll.
  3. Grate garlic.
  4. Add grated cucumber and garlic to Greek yoghurt.
  5. Add kefir, a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
  6. Add a glug of olive oil and serve.
