Ingredients
- Half a cucumber
- 1-2 cloves garlic
- Half a lemon
- Olive oil
- 3 tbsp kefir (optional)
- 500g Live Greek yoghurt
Method
- Divide the cucumber in half and grate, squeezing out water.
- Further remove excess water by pressing grated cucumber between sheets of kitchen roll.
- Grate garlic.
- Add grated cucumber and garlic to Greek yoghurt.
- Add kefir, a squeeze of lemon and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
- Add a glug of olive oil and serve.
